When my mother, Dr. Barbara Griffin, was 18 years old, she became aware of the value of a natural diet accompanied by a holistic health approach.  I am extremely grateful to her for passing this wisdom onto myself and my brother, as well as raising us to have such a passion for living holistically and having the desire to share this passion with our customers.  From the time I was a child, these holistic concepts have become central to my philosophy as an individual and as a member of society.

Barbara opened New Vitality Health Foods, Inc. in 1988 as a culmination of years of experience and a long held desire to provide a place where people could nourish themselves in the most healthful ways.  My place at New Vitality Health Foods, Inc. is that of an extension of what she developed.

Sulfite-free, including any ingredient derived from sulfite

We can also accomodate diets resticted from crustaceans, fish, potatoes, rice, sesame and just about any thing else!

***Always be aware that some manufacturers do not consider coconuts to be a tree nut and mark their products tree nut-free even though coconut is present. We try to accomodate for that if we are sure that products are coconut-free, but we have no real way of knowing the manufacturing process except for what is reported.
