For me, VitalEssence Benfotiamine has been a game-changer, a life-saver, and a miracle in a jar. I couldn't, I wouldn't live without it. Barbara sent me a blurb about it two years ago. I thought it sounded interesting, but having tried so many other supplements to cure my neuropathy, I wasn't too optimistic. I was in almost constant torment though, and even if it was a long-shot, I was willing to give anything a try. Well...I got the Benfotiamine and started taking it and within about three days, I thought I noticed a difference. By three weeks, I was almost cured of the pain. As these things go, I thought, "Great, pain free, good-to-go." I didn't get a refill.  The pain didn't come back gradually, it came roaring back. The new shipment wasn't due for a week. During that time, I didn't sleep, didn't eat, I was miserable. When I got my new jar, I took the first dose in the car on the way home and within three days, I could live again. For me, it's Benfotiamine, every day, all the way, no matter what. And I lived happily ever after...

Hands down, Nordic Naturals Omega 3 is my supplement of choice.  For most of my life, I have suffered from psoriasis.  No matter how many creams or ointments I tried, it kept coming back. A couple of years ago, someone mentioned that fish oil was a natural way to combat autoimmune diseases, which psoriasis is categorized under.  I figured I would give it a whirl. It couldn't hurt.  I spent my whole life treating it from the outside, it was time to try treating it from the inside.  Boy did it work! My psoriasis is significantly better and it turns out fish oil is great for my heart and brain too!   I am all about multi-purpose things and that's why I always take my fish oil supplements.
